Random stuff

Max is two and so it would be nice to get him out of diapers.  He is not ready or interested at all.  This boy poops ten times a day and is always so wet.  I have no idea how we are going to potty train this boy unless we are always on the toilet.

Max has learned to give kisses and it is the sweetest, cutest thing ever.  He sticks his lips out and gives such soft sweet little kisses.

Alexis has started her games and is doing great.  She has improved and has gotten more aggressive and is making Ryan so excited and happy.  She is a very good player and loves playing.

They had princess day at the library and my neighbor was nice enough to take the girls while we were at a game watching Alexis.

Ryan has started his plants in the house for the garden.  I don't really even feel like doing a garden this year so I guess it is going to be up to him......

The bathroom is done!!!  I am so happy with how it turned out.  I love the wood/tile wall and how it all turned out.  So glad I have such a handy man for a hubby.

This little boy is reminding me of myself..... I remember getting into trouble for doing this so I would hide the brick of cheese under my bed.  Ha ha.

spring break

To start out the fun week of spring break Alexis had a checkup and she has a cavity..... uhhhh and we found that Adison has one also... grrrr
We usually go to St. George or somewhere fun for our spring break but their spring break and the Rigby spring break were all different weeks this year.  So we ended up having a stay-cation this year.

ummm and it snowed almost every day of our spring break.  It was not cool at all.

the girls were able to build one last snowman of the year.  It was perfect heavy snow for it and it was fun for them.  I had just put away most of the snow clothes for the year so getting them out again is always fun.

Ryan worked on the downstairs bathroom and rooms a lot this week... I would say I helped but I mostly hand him things and just keep him company.

This is more like spring break.  Ha ha.  Jumping outside in the snow in your swim suits.  Super smart idea.  We had made plans with Ryans family to go swimming and the night before Max was up all night so sad and we couldn't figure out why. I finally got tired of getting up so much so I put Max in bed with Ryan and I.  As soon as I did he threw up all over us and our bed.  Such a mess.  I didn't want to take Max and get everyone sick so Ryans mom was nice and came and grabbed the girls to take them swimming so I could stay home with my sick boy.

The movie Zootopia came to preston so we went to it as a family.  We all loved it and thought it was cute.  Max did great in the movie and I think he liked it also.

Mike and Tanner had a lacrosse game in Logan so Jackie and the boys came and stayed the night with us on Friday.  It was so nice to have them come and stay with us. I loved the face swap of Brytlee and Mike.  Her face looks so funny.

Elizabeth had another tournament in Bear lake with her team and they did great again.  They should have taken first place but ended up in second.  The way they lost there game was so sad.  They were up and just seconds left on the clock.  They had the ball and were passing it in.  The girl on their team they threw the ball into ran to the wrong basket and made it.... putting the other team up two and tied with us.  Then the other team got the ball and scored.  We lost and it was such a upset.  The little girl was so upset and felt so bad.  But they did great again and second place isn't bad.  Elizabeth has improved a ton and had a lot of fun playing with her team this year.

Easter

Alexis took this picture and thought it was so cool cause our house is just over her shoulder.  I loved it and think she is getting a little to good at taking selfies.  Ha ha.  We had a nice easter.  It was a little hard thinking of Halle and everything that had happened.  I just can't stop thinking about it.  As we were walking out of church I just thought, "what happened was so rare and so dumb it would be just like one of those tree's falling down right now ontop of someone.  It was just such a freak accident and so hard to understand.  But Easter was a day that we can feel happy in a way because we know that our Savior died for us and then was resurrected.  We will all be together again and Chris and Cindy will get to raise Halle from a little 2 1/2 year old.  It will be a wonderful thing.

we went to the Harris house for easter dinner and for a easter egg hunt.   It is always fun to get together with family.   The sister missionaries were there and were very nice.

Chase and Alex came and brought their new little baby.  She is still so little and sweet.  It was so nice to see her and them. Chase did some face swaps with the girls and they were pretty weird looking

Alexis really wanted to have her nails painted so for her easter present I took her and her friend Paige to Logan to have them done.

Alexis is growing up so fast.  She turns 14 this next month..... I have let her drive home a few times from Church to get some practice and she is so nervous and scared.  I let her pull in the garage and the first time she did great, but the second time I had a feeling I shouldn't let her but I just ignored it and tired to help her instead.... she wasn't stopping so I said, (or yelled, Stop, stop STOP STOP!!!)  but she hit the gas instead of the break.  She didn't do to much damage thank goodness but I think it scared the crap out of her and she was mad about it.....

Summer time

Summer came and stayed with me for part of her spring break.  I am so glad she did and we had so much fun together.  I love her just like she is my own.  She was the first niece I had and I loved hanging out with her and still do.  She is getting so old and is growing up way to fast.  She graduates this year and has plans to go on a mission soon, and then to college.  She is such a beautiful girl inside and out and I am so thankful for her example to my children.  I know that all my kids look up to her and just thinks she is the best.

we made our usual stop to the di and had fun trying on the dresses.  ha ha

this wedding dress was actually really cute.

we also went to Logan and went to a store in the mall to try on Prom dresses.  She looked amazing in all of them and I  couldn't say which one was my favorite.

this one is beautiful and she loves it.  I think she will be coming back soon to try it on again and buy it.  We will get to go and have another fun day of shopping and playing together.  yeahhhh

Happy Birthday

This little diva had a birthday and turned 5... uhhh we also went and took her kindergarten test for next year and she did great.  She had to get her kindergarten shots and she was a tuff little cookie and liked them.  Max was not as strong and didn't like them at all.  He was so upset he wouldn't even walk the rest of the day.  He just kept pointing to them and saying, "hurt"

Adison had such a great birthday thanks to such great friends we have.  My really good friend Sheena has been so much help for me and made sure I am not staying sad.  I am so thankful for the friends in my life.  Anyway, sheena thought it would be fun to take the girls on a day date for Adi's birthday so we first took them to Mcdonalds and let them play on the playground.

We went to the bounce and slide for a few minutes and then realized we had a coupon in a book that we had just bought for a little girls manicure.  We thought it would be fun to take all the girls in and let them get their nails done and the only time they could do it was right then.  So we left the bounce and slide and did the nails and then went back to the bounce and slide after we were done.

the girls were so cute getting their nails done and loved it.

we went and got sushi and some other yummy food and Adison loved it.  She is such a good eater and will eat anything.

When we got home we had a little birthday party with our family for Adison.  She loved all the gifts that everyone got for her and was so spoiled.

Max loved handing the presents to her to open.

We were gone all day and I didn't have a ton of time for the cake so I am glad I made it mostly before I went to Logan.  It was a strawberry shortcake hat.  The top was cake and the bottom was a fruit pizza.

when she went to take a bite of her cake Elizabeth pushed her face into the cake.  She didn't like it at all and was so sad.  But she still looked cute.

the day after her birthday was the funeral for Brooke and Heidi.  I went down just for the day and because it was still Adisons birthday pretty much I took just her and she was able to hang out with Joslynn.  She fell asleep on the way to IF and it was funny when she was looking at my phone later she saw this picture and looked at me and said.. "uhhh mom, REALLY."  It was so funny.

Adison was so happy that our plants are starting to turn green and come back.  She started to water them for me as soon as she saw them.

cute little buds. They both love to hang out in swim suits.

I was just really enjoying watching the kids play out on the trampoline.  It is so nice to have better weather so the kids can go outside and play with friends and run around.  I am such a summer person and enjoy warm weather.  I am looking forward to lots of outside time this summer.  Adison had such a great birthday and then was able to go to Idaho Falls with me and then go on a birthday date with her grandma Harris.  She was pretty spoiled on her day.
Adison is such a smart, funny, beautiful, energetic, happy little girl.  She makes me laugh every day and I am so thankful for the time I get to spend with her everyday.  Her and Max are such good friends and whenever she is not home it bothers him so bad.  He will not stop looking for her and will not stop asking, "where adi?"  then when he see's her he runs to her and gives her a big hug.  He loves his big sister so much.  It is going to be so hard to see her go to school.  It is crazy how little time I get to spend with my kids once they are in school.  It is such a guilt trip.  I love all my kids so much and I just feel like the luckiest mom in the world to have my five healthy beautiful, amazing, children.
